Expérience négative: HUGE MONEY GRAB - WASTE OF OUR MONEY!!! I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed we were with this company. Planning a wedding is supposed to be an exciting time, but dealing with this team was incredibly frustrating. From the start, they were awfully rude and dismissive of our needs. They showed absolutely zero interest in actually helping us plan our tiny ceremony, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying clients. If you want a wedding co-ordinator who cares about anything at all and treats you with basic professional respect, look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company. The whole time through the experience they wanted me and my husband to give testimonials of how great their services are so they can promote it on Instagram - but honestly it was so intense how much they were pushing for us to say it was a great experience. It wasn’t and we refused to do so. We, as many other couples are, were just an advertisement for them - our ceremony was their insta short. Very smart. I would like to say the photographer and celebrant were really great. Just the coordinators and head staff were the main problem. To Pierre, I’m obviously not posting under my legal name and am using my English name - mainly because of how badly I was treated by one of your coordinators. I tried to get help from Julie but she was even worse to me than the coordinator - not only was she passive aggressive, she was also heavily aggressive towards me when I was seeking help to improve the experience I had. Her response was essentially ‘deal with it, you get what you pay for and you didn’t pay a lot’ - which was so shocking to me. I’m not looking for more interactions with your company because I’ve tried and had enough. I just have to warn people that they will really get the bare minimum and even hostile attitudes with certain coordinators. Of course you won’t acknowledge my ceremony in Paris that was butchered… just as expected. You are trying to save your reputation.

We’re not the same people who got married all those years ago, and we didn't want to feel awkward trying to recreate something from the past. Giulia answered all of my emails promptly and organized every detail seamlessly. The location was exactly what we had hoped for, the flowers were beautiful, and the photographer was wonderful and very easy to work with. Giulia also arranged for a hairdresser to come to my hotel room before the ceremony, and she did a beautiful job. Phillip was our officiant, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony. He sent us questions ahead of time, which allowed him to personalize the ceremony just for us. His words were heartfelt and beautiful, making the entire experience incredibly special. Not only did she make me feel like royalty, but my hair and makeup stayed flawless all night long — even with all the movement, celebrating, and a broken foot to work around! Her experience really showed, and she made the pampering process such a beautiful part of the day. Our photographer was exceptional as well — directing us like seasoned Hollywood stars while capturing incredibly natural, candid photographs (exactly what we wanted!). His creativity blew us away, especially when he brought out a drone for stunning overhead shots we never expected. Every angle, every moment, every emotion — preserved forever. What made this team stand out the most was not just the talent, but their humanity. They were kind, patient, fun, and genuinely invested in our happiness. Even though it was just the two of us, we always felt like we were surrounded by friends. Expérience fantastique: I stumbled upon Love Gracefully about two years ago when I began looking for a wedding coordinator for our micro wedding in Florence, Italy. From the very beginning, Lorena and Bibiana were absolutely wonderful and guided me through every step of planning our international wedding. Their packages were so reasonable compared to what it would have cost to have the same kind of wedding in California. They work with the best wedding vendors, and we ended up with the most amazing photographer and videographer. We received our photos and video in less than a month after the wedding, which is unheard of in the U.S.! Our celebrant, Filippo, was fantastic and even gave us a free ride in one of their vintage cars during our walk-through the day before the wedding. Our wedding day was perfect and truly magical. Every detail was beautifully thought out, and we could not have asked for a more amazing experience. Micro wedding of only 12 guests in a small boutique hotel. The planning was easy, and my girl Giulia took care of absolutely every detail. It was worth every penny!

Expérience fantastique: I was very skeptical about using any marriage service especially in a country we had never traveled to. I did my research and went with Love Gracefully and hoped we weren’t being scammed especially since some payments were required upfront. I am so glad we went with Love Gracefully. Communicating with the company was easy and they answered all of our questions without any hesitation. They made sure we were clear on everything that was going to happen and they listened to what we wanted. The photographer, the officiant and the driver were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended the greatest areas of Paris to take great pictures and we could not have been happier. If you are still debating whether this company is legit…like my wife and I were debating….rest assured that they are and it was a great experience. Thank you Love Gracefully for a wonderful experience and making our wedding day absolutely memorable.

Expérience fantastique: We did our wedding ceremony in Mykonos, with Yannis as our coordinator / photographer. The photos were AMAZING, completely went above our expectations. It was clear that Yannis knew all the best spots and was very experienced. The setting in Mykonos is beautiful and we had no problems getting photos in the areas where there were a lot of tourists walking around. Yannis also made sure to get photos in areas that were not crowded as well (we did our wedding in October which is towards the end of the tourist season so that also helped). Our ceremony was timed perfectly to be at sunset and made a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and photos. We bought the gold package (€2370) which included: photoshoot (before, during, and after the ceremony), driver pick-up and drop off, champagne bottle, bouquet of flowers, and wedding officiant. We chose to have our wedding at the small Red Church location near Little Venice, it was perfect for us and our other 6 guests. They do provide you with a few other location options and you can choose the best one depending on your needs. All the locations were outdoors and public places. There was an option to have an indoor private venue but that would have been an extra cost. We were able to provide input on the wedding officiant's script for the ceremony. Which was nice because we were able to personalize the ceremony and add in special messages we wanted to be said to our family members who were in attendance. Overall, it was wonderful and we were very happy to have Love Gracefully as our choice for wedding elopement. We would highly recommend it!!

It happened to be storming the day of our wedding and she was able to push everything back for us. She also facilitated renting a terrace so our guests wouldn’t get wet. All of our vendors were incredibly sweet and talented! We recently got back our photos and video, they are amazing! Shoutout to Alessandro and Nicholas!!

Expérience fantastique: We had a gorgeous wedding in Paris’ Bagatelle Gardens. Bibiana recommended the garden because of the time of day (6pm) and to ensure a beautiful, intimate setting…and it certainly was all of that and more. Our officiant Alex did an excellent job…his humor, and romantic voice as well as his old world charm made us feel like we were in a fairytale. And Stephen our photographer did an exceptional job capturing us in candid, fun, romantic, and endearing ways that will forever be in our memories and our hearts. Our driver Renaud was kind and considerate and even dropped us off at the restaurant rather than where he picked us up. All and all…amazing and highly recommended. If I were to give one bit of constructive feedback it would be that the communication was sometimes slow, and a bit nerve wracking only receiving our logistics the day before we flew to Paris. But once we were there, the ceremony was beyond our expectations.

Expérience fantastique: We had the absolute privilege of working with Camilla & Marco for our elopement in Positano on September 13, 2025. We planned our wedding 2 years in advance and were a little worried about coordinating from a different country, but Camilla's quick responses to all of my questions kept me at ease. She coordinated the venue, hair and makeup artist, a vintage car, had the officiant prepared, and flowers/champagne ready for day of. Our day on 9/14/25 at Villa Field in Positano was nothing short of magical. Everything was perfect and my husband and I keep talking about how much fun that day was. It was so special and spectacular and we could not have asked for anything better. My bouquet was perfect, boutonnière was perfect. The hair and makeup person was amazing and made me look 10 years younger and it was Camilla that suggested her. We can’t wait to see the rest of the photos that Marco took, but the ones we have already are nothing short of fantastic. It was the best, most memorable day we have ever had. I haven’t even mentioned the amazing ceremony with that Camilla performed…we both cried through the whole thing. Cannot say enough about these two. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and went the extra mile to accommodate additional requests and preferences we had. It was so nice to just show up and have everything ready without dealing with any of the stress that normally comes with wedding planning. Our day was absolutely beautiful! The boat ride was highly anticipated and it did not disappoint! It was one of my favorite moments of the day! We were lucky enough to have perfect, sunny, and clear weather on our wedding day (September 4th, 2025, ~75 degrees Fahrenheit). Our photos were ready within 3 weeks and they are absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t be happier about them! We would not change a thing if we were to do it all over again! Everyone involved was warm and engaging throughout the experience. Recommendations for ceremony location, flowers, food afterward, etc were all spot on. Expérience fantastique: Where to even begin with Love Gracefully and their Crete Team, the whole experience went above and beyond our imaginations. From the beginning Gabriella, our coordinator was attentive, creative, made it her mission to provide us with the best experience for our wedding day. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and made sure everything was in order before we arrived in Chania from Canada. We couldn’t ask for a more confident, amazing, and lovely coordinator! On the day of our ceremony we had a 2 hour tour of the Chania Mountains that was beautiful and we learned so much about the area. Our guide took us to small villages and even took photos of us on the mountain top and beaches. Once we arrived back in town we met the photographer Jack and videographer Michalis, they took us all over the port to get the best photos and videos. They had us laughing the whole time so we were very comfortable and it was such a lovely session! Lastly, we met at the lighthouse to begin our ceremony and met our celebrant Nicolas, he provided a fun and romantic ceremony that we will never forget. He was so kind and gave us a LOVELY wedding gift! We ended the night at a beautiful restaurant that Gabriella booked for us and enjoyed our wedding cake that she sourced for us! We could go on and on but-If you are thinking of a micro wedding or eloping, we would 100% recommend Love Gracefully and especially their team in Crete, this experience was the best the both of us could ask for and we’ll never forget it we are just thrilled and are on cloud 9. From the moment I inquired about doing a surprise vow renewal, she took care of every detail. We worked on the transcript together, the flowers, the Gondola and water taxi. She even helped with the cover story to keep my wife in the dark until the surprise was revealed. The setting was perfect. The photography was superb and the overall planning process was smooth and very detailed. I was a little hesitant about the payment process but once I got into the system it was very straight forward. Thanks to Paola. She provided very detailed instructions to ensure the payment was made correctly and verified through their accounting office. I want to also make sure that I recognize each person that participated in this process. Paola - wedding planner and photographer - If you're in Venice look her up. She is amazing. Francesco - Water Taxi. The water Taxi was beautiful and he drove us on a beautiful route to get to our Gondola. Piero - Gondolier, This is where we did the surprise renewal. He made the experience so memorable. the route he chose gave us the perfect sights while we celebrated our renewal. Selena - Officiant. She made our renewal more special than anyone could have imagined. She drafted a ceremony script that was both personal and relevant. She officiated the ceremony with kindness and love. You can tell she really loves what she does and that she genuinely was happy to be a part of our special ceremony. We would not have had the honor of meeting any of these people without Paola. She did a fantastic job of planning and organizing all aspects of this event. I will forever be grateful to her.

Expérience fantastique: I wanted to surprise my wife with a renewal of vows after 30 great years of marriage. So I started planning it in January 4 kids and partners all in on the secret. She knew we were going somewhere for 3 days but that was it and it was just the 2 of us or so she thought. I needed help to organise so I googled Venice marriage and up came Love Gracefully a company that organises marriages and renewals etc. I contact Paola Filipina who manages the Venice side of this company. She was so helpful with all aspects of the trip from checking out the hotel we booked to booking dinner reservations in the best restaurants with fantastic tables ,obviously connection's work. Again like most people booking online I was sceptical of prepaying to book a venue or a violinist or bouquets of flowers but I shouldn't have been as this company and in particular Paola took all worries and headaches away. On our big day Paola had organised the flowers bouquets , the violinist , photographer , celebrant , the venue , water taxi , scala contarini ,cafe Florian after and restaurant to too it off. Tip if you can get Paola to do the photograhy/videogrphy then do She is excellent. 2 weeks later all photos arrived by email one word stunning. She kept in constant communication both pre and post big day and I can't thank her enough. For the record I don't know Paola and never met her or used love gracefully services before but she is a credit to the company and always had our best interest at heart. Expérience fantastique: We used this company for our symbolic wedding/elopement in Crete, Greece. Our main contact, Gabriella, was easy to communicate to and prepared everything appropriately. This means that all we had to worry about was choosing a package that worked within our budget, get our wedding outfits, and flight/accommodations. My make up artist and hair stylist were efficient and great. I was provided their Instagram handles so I was prepared to see what they can do. Our driver was great and provided a great restaurant recommendation. The photographer was attentive, enthusiastic, and efficient. He definetely knew what he was doing. The celebrant was professional and soft spoken. He made our ceremony easy and guided us through even when we were emotional. We received our photos a few days after the ceremony, which was surprising as I was told it would be about a month later. We are very pleased with the outcome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. It was nerve wracking to do this online as we are from Canada but truly I don't think I would change anything.

Expérience fantastique: When we started planning our wedding we knew that spending a ton of money and having a giant gathering wasn’t the route we wanted to go. In researching destination wedding options I came across Love Gracefully and noticed that Germany was listed as one of their locations. My now husband and I both have German roots and currently reside in Colorado, so having a small ceremony in Bavaria with a mountain backdrop sounded like an ideal setting. We decided to go with the Gold Package and added on a stylist, candle lighting, seating with covers, and taxi transport for our guests. Our wedding planner, Uschi, also served as the officiant and was amazing to work with! She ensured that the whole day went smoothly, made a great recommendation for where to eat dinner afterwards, and even reduced our final payment when it turned out that extra seating wasn’t needed for our guests. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will always look back on our wedding with the fondest of memories!

Very responsive, planned every detail exactly as we wanted, and provided a photographer and videographer that captured the beauty of the location and our love. Expérience positive: Let me start with the good news by stating that our services with the photographer, videographer, and officiant were the most amazing part of our service with Love Gracefully. Gold stars all around for their work and sheer artistry! Now for the not so pleasant part where we struggled with communication on and off with the planners. We were really attracted to the idea of having a specialist help with our elopement. Although the representatives we worked with were really friendly and responsive (at first), it seemed to become harder to maintain the steady communication as the big day got closer - I felt like the responses were fewer and farther between and required more of my initiation. Of course, at one point they apologized for the delay in responses since the fall is “wedding season” which I can understand but even the most understanding person considers their own wedding a big deal. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and there were more than a few bumps that just didn’t have to happen. Better communication from the Love Gracefully team could have mitigated the stress we felt. My bouquet was not at all what I was hoping for and there had been confusion between what I had asked for and what was understood. I partly blame myself for my expectations - I thought the planner would be present the day of the ceremony - but instead it seemed as if responsibility was passed along to the officiant & photographer. This wasn’t a terrible thing - but it would have been nice to know in advance. Again - I just expected a bit more. There was confusion surrounding who was picking us up (what car, persons name, etc.), where my guests were supposed to enter the park as there was construction so the directions that I was told to give to them weren’t quite sufficient, and the cherry on top? No one said a single word to us after the ceremony. No “congratulations”… no “how did it go?”… not a thing. I reached out multiple times regarding an update for when we can expect photos/video and we barely got a response (more of - “it takes time” versus “typically it takes 3 weeks”). There weren’t many status or courtesy updates and very little follow up or concern. I just feel like this line of business means that you treat my important day as if it’s also YOUR important day… and that is NOT how we felt. And let me reiterate - everyone was generally nice and I had a bunch of questions early on as we debated the different packages… but the lack of responsiveness made us feel unimportant (a burden even) and just created undue anxiety. After my disappointing experience I was contacted by the Love Gracefully owner (Pierre) and he emphatically apologized. We discussed how the feedback would help strengthen their team for the next couple and I truly am hopeful for that. Customer service is so important to me and I really appreciated the empathy from the team and find that to be invaluable.

Expérience fantastique: We've had our dream come true using the Love Gracefully services.  In May 2024 we contacted this company to start planning our 40 anniversary' Vows renewal, that my husband and I wanted to celebrate, with our family, in October 2024 at the Amalfi Coast, in Italy. Since day one, Camilla (our event coordinator) made every effort to be sure everything we wanted was included, nothing extra fancy, just a simple, yet special celebration. She interpreted our vision perfectly: From finding the beautiful location, accommodations, the chapel and the English-speaking priest for the ceremony, to the perfect bouquet, and the photographer, who was Marco, her business partner.   Everything was taking care of, and we just have a blast and a beautiful day to remember forever.   We have no words to appreciate the job well done in a caring and professional manner. Expérience fantastique: Perfect! We had Giulia helping us plan our vow renewal in Laie Como. She took care of everything and made sure we were set on our special day. When it called for rain, she offered us alternatives, as we had chosen a park. That morning, when it didn’t rain, she made sure that we got us into that park and got the exact place I had been dreaming of. Everyone was wonderful and lovely-the hair and makeup artist, the officiant, our other wedding planner Eleonora, our fantastic photographer, and even the boat driver. The day was perfect and our photos were gorgeous. We couldn’t be happier with everything. Thank you!!!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I worked with Paola emailing back and forth for almost 8 months as we were planning our elopement for our trip to Italy from the US. She has made this process so smooth and everything went exactly as expected. She was very on top of communication, which we appreciate as we were well aware of the 8 hour time difference. But that did not stop her from providing us the best service. The ceremony was beautiful, we eloped in San Giorgio in Venice & also got the gondola experience! We had both a videographer & photographer from the company accompany us on the boat to capture our moment! Those pictures were stunning! Paola was then helpful enough to offer personal transportation ( for those who do not want to use the vaparetto ) , & even hair & makeup artist for the big day if needed. She was very considerate, helpful, & attentive. I recommend this company to any who are thinking about it!

Expérience fantastique: When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to elope in Italy along the Amalfi Coast. We live in the US. From what we read/saw, so much culture and romance lives along the Amalfi Coast and we couldn’t picture expressing our infinite love to one another anywhere else. We have NEVER visited Italy nor did we use a travel agent so, we were on our own figuring things out. Fortunately, we came across Love Gracefully almost immediately in our research. It was an easy yes for us once we pursued them because they were very responsive and very transparent in all of the details. They also answered my many, many questions and I feel like went above and beyond to answer questions we had about vendors, transportation, etc., things that didn’t even necessarily pertain to our wedding. It felt like working with friends! This was a process that went on for months of talking via email, What’s App and also Zoom per my request. Fast forward to our ceremony day, September 13th, 2024. A beautiful ceremony was written for us, and delivered to us in the most beautiful setting. We were on a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, beautiful skies, personal vows, photography, cake, champagne - I swore I had this day planned out to the max but it somehow surprised me and still exceeded our expectations. My husband referred to the rest of the trip as “playing with house money” while smiling ear to ear because we had the most spectacular day that day and nothing else even mattered after that (although, the rest of the trip was magnificent as well!) Moral of my long story is: Love Gracefully is simply THE best and I would not recommend using anyone else. Expérience fantastique: We had a beautiful and intimate elopement ceremony with Love Gracefully on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. It’s very easy to think a service this good is a scam (we were worried, too), but Camilla (our event coordinator and officiant) kept in contact with us throughout the planning process overseas. We had choice of multiple location spots within the area we decided on, and the ceremony was very personal and completely customizable. On the day of the event, Camilla and Marco (our photographer) picked us up from our hotel with a bouquet, drove us to our site with some photos on the way, and helped us to have a beautiful and fun ceremony. They were both extremely friendly and informative. The services provided were well worth the price, and I would highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I can't share enough good things about Love Gracefully. My fiancé and I got married in Seville, Spain just a few weeks ago and the whole thing was a complete dream. Communication was top tier in the months leading up, everything was perfectly planned, day-of communication was spot on... I have no complaints. If you are thinking of getting married abroad, I highly recommend it and I can't recommend Love Gracefully enough!

Expérience fantastique: Our wedding in Venice, Italy was magical! Paola, our wedding planner, did a fantastic job! She was very organized and everything occurred like clockwork, exactly as she said it would. We were in a private garden, overlooking the Grand Canal. You can’t get more romantic than that! We had 10 guests, who raved about their experience there as well. We highly recommend Love Gracefully.

Our coordinator, Alessia, was very quick to respond to email and was so helpful during what normally is a stressful time for brides. Our day ran very smooth even with unpredictability with weather and the photos are something we will cherish forever. If you are thinking about a smaller ceremony in another country and don’t know where to begin - they are worth an email :)

Alessia and Francesca were so responsive and so great to work with all throughout the planning process. They were so responsive and took out a lot of the anxiety of planning a wedding in another country. The photographer was amazing, the ceremony location was perfect, the ceremony was personal and beautiful, and Alessia was the perfect officiant. If anyone is on the fence about a destination wedding versus a local one, I cannot recommend a destination wedding through love gracefully enough!
