Expérience fantastique: I must say - Kiss Me in Paris is exceptional in each way. It was the best possible choice possible to work with them. We can‘t be happier! In the beginning when i planned my proposal with my now-fiancé i was skeptical which photographers to trust, are agencies even trustworthy? But it was also a pretty short-noticed plan, i started working out the proposal less than one week before. So i reached out to Kiss Me in Paris. Talked to Cengiz on WhatsApp. His perfect english skills made me feel comfortable right away and the whole service just turned to be so incredibly well. From planning and organizing everything beforehand with Cengiz who provided me with many tips, to the actual shoot with our photographer Scander it was a beautiful experience to have. Scander made a perfect job. He really made my fiancé and me feel so easy during the shoot, thanks to his very friendly and humorous manner. Not to mention he really knows how to nail his job. The result: beautifully captured photos, forever lasting memories and an unforgettable proposal evening in Paris. Especially in the light of such short-notice. Thank you so much! Expérience fantastique: I live in Los Angeles and wanted to find the best way to surprise my girlfriend with a proposal. I picked Paris after doing a lot of research. It was still stressful to plan something this big from so far away, and I needed a team I could trust completely. I originally reached out inquiring about proposing to my girlfriend (now fiance) and after speaking to another proposal company I wanted to find someone more personable that wasn’t just looking for a transaction rather someone who understood the importance of what’s suppose to be a once in a life time experience.. when I was connected with Chantelle i could sense the passion for this right away. She was thorough in walking me through what to expect and options available while keeping my budget in mind and frankly made everything exciting rather than stressful. He did our engagement shoot in Paris last year, and those pictures meant a lot to us, so using him again felt like a no-brainer. It was really nice getting to see him again, this time in New York. He helped us build our Pinterest mood board and gave suggestions on locations and what would look good. He pays attention to details in a way that makes planning so much less stressful. He and his team were always quick to respond and kept everything really organized from the intro call to getting the final edits. On the day of the shoot he made me feel comfortable right away. I’m not great at posing, but he guided us in a way that felt natural and easy. We never felt rushed or awkward. The photos turned out exactly how I hoped. They feel real and capture the day perfectly. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, talented, and just genuinely nice to work with.

Expérience négative: My now fiancé had planned a surprise proposal by the Eiffel Tower and arranged for a photographer through Kiss Me in Paris over a month in advance. Unfortunately, when the moment came, the photographer, Vincent, didn’t show up and didn’t respond to messages for about 40 minutes after the proposal. This was after confirming the session the day before. Thanks to my fiancé’s quick thinking, the proposal was still incredibly special, but I later learned how much planning and care he had put into organizing this with the company, which made the situation disappointing. Cengiz, the co-owner, did reach out afterward and genuinely tried to make things right, but since it was our last night in Paris, there wasn’t much that could be done at that point. I appreciate the effort to follow up, but it was a frustrating experience overall. Just something to keep in mind if you’re booking such an important moment through this company.

The asked me about my dreams and they made all true. What I wanted extra like heart shape balloons, bottle of champagne, deluxe transportation…. My package was 70 photos, it was a very hard decision because we want them all ! Expérience négative: Unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you plan to work with them, get everything in writing. - First call went well. I asked for the exact package on their website and was told it could be done under my budget. I sent my deposit. - On the second call, my budget was suddenly raised from €7,000 to €10,000, with the suggestion to switch to fake flowers to “make it work.” - They got my name, country, proposal date, and budget wrong. All details that had already been discussed. - When I asked them to either match my other quotes or refund me (since no work had been done), they refused. Their explanation: “a miscommunication is not the same as lying.” I mentioned my budget multiple times in the opening phone call. - A manager was then assigned, but she also called me by the wrong name and disappeared for two months. - Ended up hiring another provider who delivered everything within days and was amazing. - I never received an apology or my deposit back. Do not recommend Kiss Me in Paris.

Expérience fantastique: Our relationship with Chantelle Streete and the Kiss Me in Paris team began years ago, when Eric planned a Paris proposal that I never saw coming. Working closely with my now hubby behind the scenes, Chantelle helped design an incredible experience on the Eiffel Tower terrace of the Hôtel Marignan Champs-Élysées. Eric told me after he was super emotional before I even arrived. When I walked through the doors I thought I was walking into heaven! A harpist was playing, the candles lit a path to the balcony, and the setting looked like a garden of Eden — white and yellow roses, soft hydrangeas, purple accents, candles, and more. It was foggy and a little chilly that day, but none of it mattered when I walked in holding the white roses Eric had given me earlier as part of a discovery quest through Paris. Then he presented me with a vintage-style pear-shaped emerald ring that he had made, and we were both on Cloud 9. This year, Eric decided to work with Chantelle again for my 40th birthday, and somehow she matched the previous high bar. The fun-filled adventure started on the Debilly Bridge, where a surprise magician appeared and had us laughing and wide-eyed, followed by a lock and key throw over the Seine. From there, we "stumbled" upon a luxury picnic-style table set along the riverbank, just to the right of Pont d'Iéna, directly facing the Eiffel Tower — champagne on ice, fresh baguette, fruit, charcuterie, macarons, and flowers in soft hydrangea with a few yellow roses. While we enjoyed the view, an artist nearby painted us, and Eric had additionally arranged for a professional portrait to take back home to San Fran with us. As the sun went down, we walked up to Pont d'Iéna, where a horse carriage was waiting to take us on an evening ride through Paris, ending with private fine dining at Laperouse with our very own butler. The whole day felt personalized and thoughtfully orchestrated. Over the years, Kiss Me in Paris has now planned our proposal and my 40th birthday, and through those experiences, we've become friends. For anyone wanting to surprise their partner or celebrate something important in Paris, I can say from personal experience that Chantelle and her team make it unforgettable. Expérience fantastique: I booked Juliana Aguilar for a 3 hour photoshoot. 1 hour for my brother and my sister in law to celebrate their 25th year anniversary and 2 hours for my 40th birthday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Juliana was very professional and made us feel very comfortable. All of the pictures came out looking absolutely fabulous and this made the experience even better. I am so glad I booked her to fulfill this dream I have had for such a long time. Thr hard part will now be picking a picture to enlarge and frame because they are all beautiful!

Expérience fantastique: Cengiz captured our engagement in Paris back in 2018 and to this day I go back to our photos. He is a magician. He captures photos in the busiest parts of Paris somehow managing to capture just the two of you and no one else. He captures the magic and the romance while being extremely efficient and easy to work with. I have worked with many photographers since our engagement (in our home country) and our experience with him stands out as still one of the best and most professional. Despite the weather being overcast with occasional rain showers, we had a really enjoyable experience taking photos by the Louvre. Through guiding me on locations and timing, to explaining the packages and add ons, and for swift communications despite the large time difference, it was all so simple and amazing! Kiss Me partnered my mid-shoot style session with Juliana Aguiar and I could not have asked for a better photographer! She suggested a beautiful plan that included stopping at multiple locations along the way, until we ultimately got to the set up as seen in the photo. She was understanding of the pauses needed for impromptu photo ops, as well as breaks needed to try to cool down from the Paris heatwave we experienced. Expérience fantastique: I had the pleasure of working with Cengiz for my Eiffel Tower proposal a few weeks ago, and the experience was incredible. I wanted a simple, public proposal by the Seine during blue hour, and he knew exactly how to make it happen. Even though we hadn’t met beforehand, I sent him a photo of what we were wearing and shared my location. When we arrived at the busy riverbank, I was a bit anxious about finding him—but he and his team were easy to spot and completely discreet. With just a quick wink from Cengiz, I knew everything was set. The photos turned out amazing. He’s a true creative and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I accidentally started my proposal about 100 meters from where he was set up to photograph us (it was a paparazzi style shoot) and he ran over as fast as he could, taking pictures as he did to make sure he captured the moment. Once the initial engagement was finished and we started the non-surprise portion of the photo shoot, he was very personable and full of great ideas for photos while also asking for our input and where we would like things to be captured. He's an incredibly creative photographer who clearly loves what he does, and it shows through the great photos he takes. My fiance and I are very happy he was able to take photos for us.

She made her feel very comfortable, gave her a quick lesson on how to pose as well as some pointers on angles, and the shoot went smoothly. We are located in Los Angeles and at first, was very worried about planing an event that far away and with someone that you have never even met. Expérience fantastique: Juliana was absolutely amazing! I never leave google reviews, but this experience couldn’t be topped so I had to write one. She had availability last minute for my proposal to my fiancé and the pictures turned out incredibly! She had great recommendations and basically planned out the surprise proposal herself, I just followed her directions. I even had a last minute schedule change and she was able to accommodate and make the proposal one of the most special days of my life! Cannot recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, they had a family emergency and were unable to do the photo shoot. Juliana stepped in with only 24 hours notice! Juliana made this photo shoot so magical! We could not have asked for a better photographer! It was a joy to work with her, and the quality of the photos - - - more than we were hoping for! Our only problem, was trying to choose from so many great pictures! We are so impressed with Juliana! I cannot recommend Juliana highly enough!

Expérience fantastique: Exceptional experience with Kiss Me In Paris, would thoroughly recommend. Great company to work with, easy to book through the website, v responsive to queries ahead of the shoot and liked the fact we only were required to pay 50% deposit upfront. Hugely impressed with turnaround time, receiving complete set of draft images taken within 24hrs of shoot (even on a Sunday!) V user friendly platform to view and select the pictures and extensive editing process with option to retouch, again with v quick turnaround time. As to our photographer, Cengiz was amazing!! We sent him a detailed email ahead of our photoshoot with shots we had in mind, he went through it very thoroughly in advance and was able to make every minute of the shoot as efficient as possible. His professionalism and expertise was next to none - dealing with very heavy tourist spots, weather and lighting challenges. We admired his creativity and he made suggestions that we had not thought of but loved the variety and new ideas he contributed to our original plan. He was also a great guy to spend the day with and benefitted a lot from his local knowledge to navigate us around the city. He was more than generous with his time and ensured we got everything we wanted to achieve in the slot we had booked. Would definitely recommend Cengiz, he gave us a memorable day and photos of our engagement that we and our families will be able to treasure forever, would love to work with him again in future! I had started planning with Chantelle 7 months in advance and she was very patient my requests, and anxiousness Overall, I was delighted with the level of detail and quality of the final outcome. My fiancé was very surprised! My main point of contact for the proposal day was Vincent, who was truly amazing to work with as he not only provided a text message full of step-by-step instructions for what to do, but a video as well on how to help him achieve the best shots. Julia was fantastic to work with as well and provided thoughtful ideas for video reels, while Sylwia and Glenn created a beautiful backdrop. Samuel was masterful on the violin and even learned the song I had requested. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for detailed proposal planning!!
