Expérience fantastique: As you can imagine planning a destination wedding in another country could be daunting. Luckily, Kevin and I were fortunate to find Nyachia and her team at NKT Events. We had the pleasure of working with Nyachia, planning our dream wedding, for a year! Throughout the planning process we quickly realized we were in good hands! Nyachia and her team are true professionals. She really took the time to get to know us which was evident during our special day. She made our vision come to life, and for that we are so grateful. During our planning sessions Nyachia came well prepared, super organized (excels/presentations), concise, honest, but most importantly genuine. Putting all your trust in a team to create your wedding can be scary, but we never once felt like Nyachia didn't have our best interest at heart. We appreciated that Nyachia collaborated with us, and there were never times we felt our ideas weren't being heard. She would always try to accommodate our requests, and if it wasn't possible, she had a solution. Nyachia and her team respected our budget and vision and executed on it flawlessly. We appreciated the monthly & weekly virtual meetings, daily emails, organized folders, and her quick responses. She was always on top of it! NKT events is well-respected in the South of France which allowed us several options for vendors. During the actual wedding weekend we truly got to see firsthand all the hard work and dedication Nyachia and her team put into our wedding. Her team was professional, supportive, and extremely communicative throughout our experience. I would highly recommend reaching out to Nyachia and NKT events to plan your next event.

Expérience fantastique: I can’t say enough good things about Nyachia! She helped my boyfriend (now fiancé) plan a surprise proposal in Nice on 2/16/23. It was everything I dreamed of and more! She facilitated everything from start to finish (violinist + amazing floral set up + marry me sign + coordinated with the venue). It was just so special!! The best part was after the proposal was the debrief where my fiancé told me everything that happened. There were two original plans that didn’t work out (due to events outside our control) and just 3 days before the proposal, Nyachia attended an event at my proposal venue. She suggested that my fiancé propose there and coordinated last minute with the venue and I AM SO GLAD SHE DID! We were the first couple to get engaged at the venue (rooftop at the restaurant @Anantara Plaza Hotel). And because there was carnival in Nice, we had an amazing ferris wheel in the back with panoramic views including the water. The floral arrangements were so amazing and the team (@riccifloralcreation) did such a good job with the color scheme! Super classy and Nyachia facilitated them to be taken back to our hotel (@LeNegresco) so we could really enjoy the fresh florals throughout the rest of our stay! And violinist (@secretviolinofficiel) did such a good job! She played our song “Dandelions” but Nyachia suggested some other songs that literally made my jaw drop (I didn’t tell my fiancé about those songs but Nyachia just knew the vibe w/o anyone telling her). Small details set her apart like knowing to bring champagne right after the proposal, taking pictures/videos without asking so we could have some live memories to share with our loved ones, and suggesting/booking our post proposal dinner! I literally cannot say enough good things about Nyachia and the rest of the vendors. Thank you for making our moment such a special one. We are so lucky that we found you!! I wish I was getting married in the French Riviera because there is no doubt that I would without hesitation hire her for our wedding!!! Lastly, I will just say that for life’s biggest moments you want someone like Nyachia who treats the event like her own. She was adaptive, responsive, and very personable!

She made the whole process easy, streamlined, fun, and exciting for a bride who was incredibly indecisive while also being less excited about planning one of her most memorable events. She made our day even better than what I had envisioned despite us only giving her 6 months to get everything together AND changing our wedding location to NYC. Nyachia is thorough yet graceful with handling all of the details and communicated with us honestly and openly without being overbearing on smaller details that an unconventional bride might think was “unnecessary” (fyi: those details were absolutely necessary so thank goodness for Nyachia!!). From start to finish, the entirety of our South of France wedding planning project was completely seamless. I truly do not believe our wedding would be half of what it was without the help of Nyachia Knight and her team at NKT Events. The entire process and event day exceeded our expectations. Day of wedding we were able to completely enjoy the weekend and know that everything was under control and fabulous thanks to Nyachia. Expérience fantastique: We had the privilege of working with Nyachia and NKT events for our Elopement in Paris. We knew immediately after speaking with her during our first video meeting that her personality and expertise was a perfect match for what we were looking for in a planner. Originally we hired NKT events for a micro wedding. Expecting a small amount of 25 guest to accompany us in Paris. Luckily we begin planning over a year prior to our wedding date which allowed us to take our time and articulate everything we desired in our wedding. As time went on we realized that a micro wedding did not fit our true vision for our wedding. Though we had changed our wedding style, Nyachia was quick to understand our reasoning as well as assisting us in deciding the best way to go about our changes. Throughout planning Nyachia was attentive and available to answer any questions or calls we may have requested, she always met deadlines as expected, and she made sure to match us with vendors that suited our needs as well as our personalities. Once our wedding week approached she was available to assist us with wedding and travels needs. Most importantly, she was very informative on our wedding day and made every portion of our wedding day the most memorable. Another thing that we admired about Nyachia and our team of videographers, photographer, and chauffeur was how they all coordinated the day of our wedding to make sure everything was timely and in order. We truly want to thank NKT Events and Nyachia for everything. Something we always express to people when talking about our wedding planning and wedding day is how seamless it all was. It was such a joyous experience that allowed us to build a great relationship with Nyachia. We will continue to recommend her service to anyone it may benefit.

Expérience fantastique: We are forever indebted to Nyachia and her team for making our dream wedding come true. I always dreamt of getting married in a timeless Chateau somewhere in France. But when the time arrived and we started thinking about planning our wedding, we felt at loss as to where to even begin. Our photographer in Vancouver, Canada, had worked with Nyachia in the past and introduced her to us…And I can tell you, it only took a short introductory phone call for us to fall in love with her. She’s energetic, enthusiastic and loves what she does, which is so apparent in everything she does. Nyachia not only kept us sane and calm as we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID, but she also made the whole process extremely smooth. She re-arranged 10+ vendors twice, as we re-selected our wedding date for our destination wedding. Nyachia was extremely organized; She translated every single invoice for us as we don’t speak French. She always had our best interest at heart and would always step in for us if needed to make sure we get the best deal with all the vendors. She showed us over 20+ chateaus and once we narrowed down our favourite, she did a site visit and a detailed video showing every little corner of the chateau, as we couldn’t be there physically to see it at the time. I was adamant to find a wedding favour that was local to Provence for our guests. She contacted multiple places and found the best local company that made lavender honey. She then shipped all the wedding favours to her own house and brought them to the chateau for our wedding. One of the things I fell in love was her vision and her beautiful taste. She patiently helped me find the most perfect ribbons for our reception dinner from across the world. Without her help and guidance, we wouldn’t have had such beautiful romantic décor on our special day. She not only arranged transportation for all our guests, which ended up being quite complicated in that part of France, but she even gave a ride to one of the guests who missed the transportations at 4am. To save the best for last… The most important thing for me and my husband were to feel calm and collected and be able to enjoy our wedding when the day arrives…Nyachia’s calm personality is one of her biggest gifts. Even when things weren’t going as planned, the way Nyachia talked to us and delivered the news, we felt everything was going to be okay and we had nothing to worry about. Nyachia planned not only our wedding day but a rehearsal dinner and a pool party as well. She was present on all 3 days of our events and made everything perfect. Even after the pool party, we had a goodbye dinner with close family and friends at a local restaurant, which again she organized for us, and she delivered some of the flowers from our wedding to make the place look extra beautiful… The list of all the ways Nyachia and her team went above and beyond for us goes and on. All I can say we are forever grateful. Nyachia, it was a true joy to have had the pleasure of working with you! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for everything you did for us! We love you! And we will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone and everyone.

Expérience fantastique: My friend Davina and I decided we weren’t going to turn 50 without a special celebration. Between the two of us, we gathered 70 friends and family members to celebrate with us at Chateau de Varennes in France. The three-day celebration was flawless. Nyachia spent countless hours on the phone with us and over email to plan every tiny detail prior to our arrival. When we arrived onsite, the outdoor, casual pool party was set up exactly how we had envisioned it. The DJ was playing along with the saxophonist like we arranged, and the intimate lounge seating, and the bar and the decorations were all perfectly placed. It was gorgeous! On the second evening we had the same experience: everything was perfect! Especially the flower arrangements, which considering our relatively small budget were absolutely stunning! The two long tables were the prettiest tables that we have ever seen and they far exceeded our expectations. Planning a party or a wedding from afar can be intimidating, but with Nyachia’s support I promise you will have an outstanding experience!

She made every single detail of our wedding weekend perfect, and we knew from our first meeting with her that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing when it came to our special day because she had it covered. I can't tell you what a relief that was, as wedding planning and weddings themselves are pretty stressful; my husband and I got to relax when our wedding weekend finally came and not lift a finger or worry over anything. We had a destination wedding in Burgundy, France at Chateau de Varennes and Nyachia was such a great liaison between us (Americans) and all of the French vendors, as she's been living in France for over 10 years, so that alone was super helpful. But beyond that, she never made us feel like we were asking too much with additional little requests that came up along the way. There are so many things I could call out to explain how fantastic she is, but to name just a few examples: – We decided to present gifts for both our mothers at the last minute that Nyachia personally shopped for and offered ideas on for some local specialities – Instrument rentals for our friends to play during our ceremony – Welcome gift bags for our guests that her and her team personally shopped for, assembled and distributed to the correct rooms (we had different welcome letters for different guests so it got complicated, and they handled it with ease) – Receiving international packages with paper products and decor pieces from me – Arranging transportation for our guests, which ended up being one of the most complicated parts of our wedding planning – Sourcing candles in the exact shade we wanted from an international vendor when the local one fell through – Finding us the perfect Photo Booth for our wedding that matched our vision – Presenting beautiful style options for our decor that she delivered on even more beautifully than we could have imagined – Having a backup plan for everything Her team also seamlessly managed any issue that inevitably arose, big or small, including a potential rain storm on the day of our wedding with a dual table set up inside and outside that they switched at the last second (again, they handled this without stressing us out about it at all, it was just handled, and impressively so!). Her vendor recommendations were all fantastic as well, notably her florist connections were just to die for! Nyachia was always gracious, professional, organized and fun to speak with, and checked in with us the right amount before the wedding and throughout the wedding weekend. Her team and her were "invisible yet always available", exactly what you'd expect from great hospitality service. Most of all, her wedding standards were top notch (she has worked on celebrity weddings) and everything came out amazing – our guests are still raving. I have high standards being a designer myself and she exceeded them. We can't thank Nyachia and her team enough for a perfect wedding, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get married in France! Added bonus is that her personal style is amazing!! So chic <3

Expérience fantastique: I'm a destination wedding photographer, and we hired Nyachia as our event manager for an editorial at Chateau de Villette. She is someone that I've admired for a while, and I've watched her business grow for a few years. So when the opportunity came to work with her as the event manager, I was absolutely thrilled! I had high expectations, but Nyachia went above and beyond! Truly! She was very good with open communication, always kind, and quick. The first day we met, she even invested time to go to dinner with myself and my husband! She genuinely cares! On the day of our editorial shoot together, she was incredibly helpful! She kept everything running smoothly, and she was also making efforts to keep me on schedule! I did my best! ;) She helped in every way! She also gave recommendations for our food and travel later that week! I would highly recommend Nyachia to other creatives and to brides! She is a gift!
