Expérience fantastique: My husband and I worked with Amélie for a year and a half leading up to our May 2025 wedding in Provence, and hiring her was hands-down the best decision we made. Living in the US, we knew we’d need a full-service planner for our destination wedding in France—and from our very first call, we immediately clicked with Amélie. She’s warm, friendly, and easygoing, yet incredibly professional, reliable, and organized. We had high expectations for an elegant, unforgettable wedding, and Amélie delivered above and beyond. When we flew to France in February 2024 to tour venues and meet vendors, Amélie introduced us to the venue that became our dream location—one I likely would’ve passed over on my own. We wanted a venue that was high-end but not pretentious, naturally beautiful, and totally unique- a place that was worth the trip for ~100 guests flying from the US. Amélie found just that. It ended up being the most magical place we’ve ever been and a place I look forward to visiting again. Amélie sourced all our vendors (there were a lot! and they were all incredible) and made planning from across the world feel effortless. She provided well-curated options, offered honest opinions, and had strong relationships with everyone she recommended, which gave us complete peace of mind. Despite the 6-hour time difference, communication was easy and consistent. We used Slack daily and had monthly virtual check-ins. Everything was kept organized in a multi-tabbed Google doc with timelines, budgets, and details tracked to perfection. Because of Amélie, we got to focus on the fun parts of planning while she handled the hard work behind the scenes. Our wedding weekend (May 23–25, 2025) was truly a dream. Every detail was perfect. Every vendor delivered. If anything went wrong, we never knew. Our friends and family, many of whom have attended stunning weddings all over the world, told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to! From our very first conversation to the final moments of our wedding weekend, Amelie was nothing short of exceptional. She guided us through every step of the planning process with grace, precision, and unwavering support — from selecting the perfect caterer and curating floral designs to diplomatically handling a few high-maintenance guests. Planning a destination wedding in the South of France while living in Dubai could have been a logistical challenge, but Amelie made it feel seamless. She scheduled regular Zoom check-ins, handled translations, and ensured every detail was thoughtfully managed. Her professionalism was matched by her warmth and genuine care, making every interaction feel like we were chatting with a dear friend. During the wedding weekend, Amelie and her incredible team ensured everything ran like clockwork. Our guests had a fantastic time, and most importantly, my husband and I were able to fully relax and soak in every joyful moment. Expérience fantastique: Amelie was our wedding planner for our Provence Wedding in June of 2025. We interviewed several planners, and Amelie stood out because of her knowledge of the region and savviness with vendors. Well-- little did we know how much that would be needed! Amelie found our venue ( which didn't come up on a typical google search) and worked with them seamlessly, building a great relationship with the owners as it was a guesthouse for our entire wedding (about 19 people) and also our venue-- in one. It was in budget and it ended up being even better in person than in the videos. Despite being someone who prides herself in researching things, my goal was to hand everything (as much as possible!) over to someone I could trust. I wanted to make the least amount of decisions as possible, and wanted Amelie to use her creativity and artistry, which did not disappoint! We were all wowed by the absolute beauty of the design and the vendors she chose. She was disciplined, kept everything organized, followed up with us, and was trustworthy and lovely to work with. I highly and enthusiastically recommend her and her team for a full-scale wedding planner and design services. My husband and I will miss talking with her!

Expérience fantastique: Our perfect destination wedding (May 2024 in Gordes, France) couldn't have come together without Amelie's dedication and hard work. She is super communicative throughout the whole process and worked patiently with us to make every detail perfect. Depuis 6 ans, Amélie a accompagné plusieurs événements dans ma famille, le mariage de ma sœur, de mon frère, les 60 ans de ma mère et enfin mon mariage qui a eu lieu en Avril dernier. Amélie est une wedding planner tout simplement incroyable, organisée, avec de l’expérience, de bonnes idées, qui se met à la place de ses mariés et se plie pas en 4 mais en 1000 pour que notre mariage soit le plus beau jour de notre vie. Si vous voulez que le mariage de votre se déroule comme vous l’imaginez, sans encombres et d’une fluidité absolue je recommande absolument. Mais au delà de ses qualités de wedding planner, Amelie est un vrai bijou, une personne pétillante, drôle, douce, attentionnée et tellement bienveillante avec qui j’ai été heureuse de partager ce jour si incroyable.

Like many of her clients, we were planning a wedding in France from the US, so we came into the process without any knowledge of vendors - we only knew our venue. Amélie was a god-send! She interpreted our style and vision easily and accurately and recommended the BEST vendors; everyone we worked with (via her recommendation) was at the top of their game and truly impressive. Amélie is also incredibly organized - I appreciated that all of our communications took place through Slack - and despite the major time difference, she was always incredibly responsive. Her organization made it feel like most of our planning was done with far in advance of the wedding. But most importantly, when it came to d-day, Amélie and her team were always there. They ensured the 3-day celebration went smoothly and delighted us, as well as our guests, in every way possible. Expérience fantastique: I met Amelie when she organised my daughter’s wedding in the South of France. She did such a fantastic job that I asked her to organise my birthday party in Paris with a 1920’s theme. Once again she did a wonderful job. She ironed out all the kinks, had great ideas, was always helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful celebration over 3 days. Elle a fait un travail tellement extraordinaire que je lui ai demandé d’organiser ma fête d’anniversaire à Paris sur le thème des années 1920. Une fois de plus, elle a fait un merveilleux travail. Elle a résolu tous les problemes, a eu des supers idées et a toujours été serviable et agréable. J’ai passé un formidable anniversaire pendant 3 jours. Je la recommande très chaleureusement. May 2021 update This is the 3rd important family event that Amélie has organised. First my daughter’s wedding 3 years ago in Uzès...it was so well executed that I asked her to take care of my 60th birthday in Paris in 2019. This time she organised my son’s wedding which had to be postponed due to Covid. Once again, she came through brilliantly. Taking care of everything in a very challenging situation and making the day absolutely perfectly organised and beautiful .She is just magical and I recommend her unhesitatingly. Expérience fantastique: My husband & I met Amelie when we were looking for a wedding planner to help create our destination wedding in France. We are from the US & planned the majority of the wedding living on the west coast. After we finished our first call to learn more about her & her about us, we wanted to work with Amelie. She not only has a great personality, is creative & very collaborative, but also very realistic & honest. She organized virtual touchpoints for us regularly to make sure we were communicating things that were important to us & her showing us options & giving us updates! She also kept us on budget & made sure we knew when payments were due. Amelie answered all of our questions, nothing was ever too small to address. We very much appreciated that. In the summer of 2019, we visited France to tour different venues, try caterers, & even selected our wines which was expertly planned by Amelie. While trusting someone to help create an event that you are bringing people who love to have an experience abroad can seem intimidating, we felt comfortable with how she handled every detail & prepared us personally! Now, we originally had planned out wedding for July 2020. Unfortunately, the state of the world with COVID had us push back to 2021. Amelie was again, very honest & collaborative. We were on standby but agreed we needed to push the wedding to the following summer. Amelie navigated the pandemic changes seamless. She worked with all vendors to accommodate our new date. We in the time did have to pick a new venue, due to the new date already being booked, which she prospected and found us an amazing option, Domaine de Valbonne! When we arrived at our venue the day before our wedding & were welcomed by Amelie! It was so nice to see her again after 2 years! You could see how excited she was for us and had all of our details organized and ready. We did not have a worry in the world as our guests arrived. She did not miss a beat. From the welcome BBQ, to day of the wedding, to farewells at the morning brunch, Amelie was there to make sure it was what we had discussed and that it ran smoothly. Our guests have said they had never felt so relaxed at a wedding before! I could probably write a million more things that Amelie did, but to sum it up, she made our 3 day event absolutely wonderful. We could never thank her enough!

I definitely underestimated how much work would go into organizing the day of our dreams, and it was clear pretty quickly that we could use a professional’s help. I am so incredibly happy that we found Amélie as she made the whole wedding planning process a million times less stressful and helped us pull off the perfect day. Amélie is well organized, professional, responsive, and has terrific contacts and great ideas. In the months leading up to our wedding weekend, she kept on top of when we should be booking each vendor, payment timelines, next steps, etc. She spent plenty of time going through the plans (and backup plans) for the day to make sure we were all on the same page, and kept track of all the important details as the weekend got closer. The organization during the weekend itself couldn’t have been better. Even when a few uncontrollable stumbling blocks arose (broken down delivery trucks, rain the morning before the wedding), Amélie kept us calm and sorted everything out perfectly. We had several different vendors, and Amelie and her team did a great job coordinating everyone — they all seemed to know exactly what needed to be done, where and when, without either of us needing to worry about it. We even had some guests comment to us how impressed they were with the organization of the weekend, and that is all thanks to Amélie and her incredible team. To anyone looking for a wedding planner in the South of France, we definitely recommend Amélie without hesitation!

Expérience fantastique: We had an amazing experience with Amélie. We live in the US and our wedding took place in Provence in September in my family's country house. Despite the pandemic, everything was perfect and even beyond. Because of covid, we hesitated many times to cancel and didn't know back in the spring if we would be able to get married. Amelie was never stressed, she handled things perfectly, had a plan A, B and C. She was ready to delay if needed and had everything under control. She has a great energy and positivity and she is an amazing professional. She kept agendas with what had been done, what remained to be done. All the stuff, I'm so bad at! When I first contacted her, I knew what I wanted in terms of decoration, food and spirit, I had a lot of ambitions but a tight budget and together we found solutions to everything. All of the wedding invitations, menus, name cards, seating plans, church song books, flower bouquets were made by my mother @mathildebonbon.illustration (go follow) She makes the most beautiful drawings ever. Amelie understood what we wanted and made it all happen, she found the greatest chef for the cocktail and dinner, same for lights, tipis, tent and furniture. It was poetic and fitted perfectly with Provence landscapes. The rythm of the night was perfect. Absolutely flawless. Without her we wouldn't have been able to make that day as we dreamt it. Amelie coordinated skype meetings with vendors of every kind so we could personally communicate and choose each one. She was able to locate vendors close to the area that had everything we dreamed of, and more! We were so thankful that Amelie was present at ALL the wedding events - from the hair/makeup trial, rehearsal, wedding day (which lasted until 6am), and even the day after the wedding!
