From the moment we met Rhiann and Aurélie, we knew we found the right team to bring our dream Provence wedding to life. Aurélie immediately captured my vision with all of her designs and brought ideas to life that we didn’t even think of ourselves. The planning process from start to finish was seamless and stress free. I almost felt like something was wrong with me because everyone in my life was asking me how stressed I must be planning a wedding, and my response was always “not really I have fantastic planners.” Beyond the planning, having the LYFW team with us during our wedding week was one of the most special parts. Seeing the vision come to life and having a team of experts handle all the logistics over the wedding week made it so me and my husband could just relax and enjoy. Every detail came to life beautifully and the team was so supportive and fun to have alongside us. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

The absolute flawless execution across our full wedding weekend—rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and the main event—was truly astonishing. The entire process felt seamless, relaxed, and joyful. Not once did we, or our families, have to manage a timeline, direct a vendor, or worry about a transition. They managed every minute detail with military precision (in great outfits, I might add), allowing us to simply be guests at our own celebration. We give Aurelie our highest possible recommendation. She gave us the gift of a completely stress-free, magnificent wedding weekend.

Expérience fantastique: From the moment we met Rhiann (the CEO of LTFW) we were amazed by her incredible attitude, attention to detail, inspiration, and vast experience! She led us in the 18-month process of planning our wedding, which was unique in a few ways: my husband and I are based in the US, my family is Italian (and so was our catering of choice), and we got married on a private residence in France, which created quite a few technical challenges. Not only did Rhiann have multiple creative solutions for any potential problem, but she had the creativity to use the complex space to its fullest and she navigated oh-so-elegantly some difficult family dynamics. She’s truly a superstar. What we did not realize during our interview process was that she has so many other characteristics that make her so exceptional at her job, things we were not even looking for: she completely “understood” us and our vision, and was able to bring up so many ideas for our big day. She was also the most pleasant and beautiful energy to have with us during the planning process and on our big day: a storm was passing through a few hours before our outdoor ceremony and truly the only person I wanted to hear from was Rhiann, because I knew she would be able to calm down. I miss having her in our lives and I cannot wait to hopefully renew our vows in a few years just so we can plan another event together. It has now been a few months since the wedding and we have heard from so many friends (of different generations and ages) that it was the best-planned wedding they have ever attended – that is all thanks to Rhiann and her team. We could not recommend Rhiann and the LTFW team more – there is no one we would have rather planned this with, and no one else that could have brought our vision to life the way she did!!

Despite being a small wedding, we knew we had high expectations about the quality and experience we wanted to have and give our guests. The LFTW absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our wedding felt opulent and fabulous and we could not have asked for a better experience. Our vision and design evolved throughout the planning process and Elisabeth help us create a vision that was better than I ever could have imagined alone. Expérience fantastique: Our planner Aurelie went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding we wanted! We were quite particular about some aspects of it, and her suggestions for suppliers and design were exactly in line with what we wanted, despite having a very limited mood board from us to go off! (We have very little free time as it is, so this was huge for us!) Her ideas were stunning, and she was even able to accommodate big last minute changes. Her attention to detail was fantastic. She thought of things we never would have… (interactive elements for guests, personalisation where possible, etc) and there wasn’t a single element of the wedding that wasn’t picture perfect. Aurelie is SO lovely! Any time spent with her was a treat! She guided us through the whole process and managed our expectations so well. She made sure that we knew what decisions we had to make and when, kept us up to date with updates, next steps, and offered solid advice when needed. She also helped us hugely with the wrap up stage (after wedding care). From start to finish she really listened to what we wanted and executed a stunning wedding, and welcome drinks event! Our guests had a great time, as did we! We can’t thank Aurelie and the Lucy Till team enough! It was a dream weekend which we’ll never forget. I think it goes without saying that I would highly recommend Lucy Till French Weddings!

Aurelie immediately understood our vision for a relaxed yet sophisticated wedding at the magnificent Villa Ephrussi. Expérience fantastique: Aurelie and LTFW team made our dream wedding a reality. Aurelie went above and beyond to ensure every detail was achieved and exceeded our expectations. From answering any and every question, to lending us a personal vespa, & even allowing me to send things to her directly overseas so we didn't have to pack too much for our destination wedding was the most comforting part of the entire process. The LTFW team said "yes" to making anything we wanted achievable - including somehow managing to have an outdoor dinner in the rain with no tent in the chicest way possible! If you told me they controlled the weather, I would believe it! Our venue was very difficult and had a lot of rules and although it was the first time the team had worked there, they made it seem like a breeze and we were grateful to lean on their experience and local connections. Having a wedding in Lake Como without local knowledge (and flexible budget) is next to impossible and they did a great job learning on the fly! I was very particular with the design choices I wanted and LTFW absolutely nailed my aesthetic! All of our vendors were the perfect dream team and Aurelie made it the most seamless process and we couldn't be happier with how both of our events turned out! Expérience fantastique: Rhiann planned our 30th anniversary vow renewal ceremony and all I can say is WOW!!! She is absolutely incredible! Our celebration far exceeded our expectations right down to every last detail! I honestly can’t find a single fault in any part of the process from start to finish. Rhiann thinks of absolutely every detail and her hard work resulted in the best three days of our lives! This celebration was more beautiful and more special than our wedding at Sundance thirty years ago! A million thanks to Rhiann and her amazing team! We had only 7 months to plan( plus towards the end of Covid) and they were able to get everything we asked for. Their team gave us choices and guidance all along the way. We live in the US and started the planning process in March 2020; Rhiann helped us find the perfect venue with everything we were looking for (which was not easy - 5 star accommodations at a historic chateau with Michelin star chef ). Found all of our vendors and negotiated all the details with all of them. Our wedding got delayed due to covid and she also made that whole process very easy on us. The wedding and all the events leading up to it went off perfectly and the entire experience better than we ever could have imagined. If you want a wedding fit for royalty, without lifting a finger, LTFW is for you. I would give 10 stars if I could.

They were fantastic to work with - accommodating, organized & thoughtful - and went above and beyond - finding a last minute tailor, convincing a nail salon to open early, moving all of the tables around last minute.
